At  Access ONE, we are focused on providing quality products and services to our customers with either short or long term disabilities. We also provide support, sales, and installation services to businesses and institutions needing to meet and stay in compliance with strict ADA guidelines.

 

We offer a wide range of products and services to help our clients back to independence including wheel chair ramps, grab bars and handrails and ADA modifications in kitchens, baths and doorways.

 

We partner with organizations such as The Turnstone Center, Parkview Homecare, Easter Seals Arc and The Rehab Hospital to name a few. We accept most insurance and we are Medicaid certified.

Our Story.

It is said that necessity is the mother of invention. And nothing could be more true in our case. When, after recovering in the hospital from a stroke, my mother-in-law couldn't reutrn home until a ramp was built to give her access, I put my 20 years of carpentry experieince to work and built one for her.

Well, not long after we finished that ramp, Nancy Louraine, the executive director for the Turnstone Center for Disabled Children and Adults, contacted us and asked if I could volunteer to do the same for others. I did and, ultimately, that became a calling.

 

That's how Access ONE was born.

Today, Access ONE provides service to Turnstone, Parkview Homecare, The Rehabilitation Hospital, Heartland Healthcare and Easter Seals Arc as well as individuals and businesses throughout Northeastern Indiana.

 

And our services have gone far beyond access ramps to include portable ramps, stairlifts, wheelchairs and wheelchair lifts, scooters and scooter transports, vertical lifts, bathroom safety and bathroom modifications and even incontinence supplies.

 

Sure, Access ONE is a business, but it's a business born of necessity and a desire to help those who need our help. For those people we are truly "Leading the Way to Independence."
